If your PD is current and AOS case is approvable exept your FP which is more than 15 months old then you might get a FP notice to have it done before USCIS approves the AOS application.

If I were you I would just get a new exam done and submit it. Also, you should explain that you DID submit it in the first place and send the sealed envelope again. What do you have to lose if you send 2 medicals? Hanging on to the sealed one you have does not gain anything.
About envelope being huge? Well, no regulation says that you cannot send any envelope greater than 11x17. That would be just plain stupid if they rejected because of envelope size, and I seriously doubt they would do that. Thinking about it, it would be funny to see someone chest xray pop out of an 11x17 envelope :)

I have a request / concern / what ever you would say.
Please do not cirtize if you do not like the idea, just ignore and leave the thread.
There are so many people comming to IV for other experts guidance on different things mainly on H1B status, AC21 status, AP, FP, EAD and H4 to EAD, .....
Why don't you create a general guide lines or rules or do's and don't or QA's for each topic, so that each member or visitor who come to IV can atleast go through them before asking or posting quesitons.
You can create a survery for different kinds of questions people / members / visitors might ask or have fore each topic before creating the thread so that we can have a pool of questions and answers for each topic from experts or attorney answered. (you might say we have recordings from attorney Prashanti Reddy, but it would be good if we have some thing which can be referred easily i.e., typed.
These are just some of my thoughts, it can or cannot be implemented. It depeneds on IV admins/Gurus/Experts on this forum.
Gurus, please provide your thoughts.

She had all the documents

Proof of marriage
Letter from me stating I will support her and that she will live with me in US
My bank statements (last 3 months)
A letter of support from my employer
nothing else comes to mind at this time... All the best. Nothing to worry about.

it is my understanding that she just needs your H1 approval notice, employment letter, your pay stubs etc. I don't think she even needs her H4 approval notice for her H4 stamping. I am very sure that only your H1 related documents are needed(she needs your original H1 approval)-please check with your lawyer
Me and my wife filed H1B extension through a company. I moved to consulting after my extension is approved. The consulting company filed my H1B transfer which is approved recently. Unfortunately my employer (the consulting company I moved to) dint file for my wife's H4 extension and he told that was not needed.
My question is can my wife with the petition approved from my previous employer to get her H4 stamped in India?

If you filed 485 for her, the answer should be yes and by whom should be SELF - AOS... this is what i did for my wife and she got her H4 stamped im mumbai

picked up a rebel a few months ago, but just got around to using it recently.
anyhow, click this one the other day..
I don't recall the exact settings off hand, but the lense is a cheap canon
75-300mm I picked up for $200 bucks. I believe it was shot at F5.6@ 300mm
with a 1/40 shutter on a tripod.
