Hi, I have a question.
1. My colleague crossed 2 years after filing 485. Frustrated with GC processes, he is switching company for better career prospects. He is using his EAD and invoking AC21. Is it possible for me to use his labor? If no, why?

Hi,
Currently I am in US in H1B and my I-94 is expires in Sept 30 2010 and there is an extension filed for my H1.
In the mean time I want to file I-130 and I-485 based on my brothers citizenship.
Whether the status will change before sept 30 2010? Also if I leave US whether the application will be still valid and how much time it takes to get an approval for both?

Family 4th preference is retrogressed by a decade ( or two if you are from Philippines), so you may have to wait another 10 years to be eligible to file i-485.:confused:

Go Out of country, Get Visa Stamped and enter back on H1, They will give you new I-94

Hi! I'm H1B holder and my company is willing to sponsor the green card. I'm coming from Eastern Europe (Moldova) and in US am working as software developer, I guess it's EB-3, right? I graduated in Romania Bachelor Degree in Mathematics & Computer Science (4 years) and Master Degree in Computer Science & Engineering (2 years). My work experience is more than 7 years. I got hold of a copy of the actual RFE and when I read closely, the above statement sounded alarming. Since the labor was filed in 2003, I was wondering what relevance June 26, 2006 has.
Any help is appreciated.

Hi,
My L1 and I-94 is valid till August 14th 2009 -- I want to know if I can travel India and come back before it is expired. Are there any restrictions on port of entry when visa is nearing to expire. I would not take chance if there is a porblem in international travel and if I have deportation issues at the point of entry then I am not willing to go. But I want to visit my parents as they are not doing well.
Also, I am thinking once I am back from India then I can apply for L1 visa extension -- is it a good idea to apply for extension after I come back or I can apply and go to India for vacation.
Please guide me as I am in a fix and I am not able to take any decession.

what does it mean? If you apply your 485 on July 2nd, within 6 months time (by Jan 2nd) you will get 485 approved?

1)Reschedule by calling the USCIS.
2)Go and attend, and they might ask your wife to come back, if they are not satidfied. Actually my hands are dry and the officer is not satisfied, he said he might ask me to come back again.
3)I do not know how much time you have left, but go to any indian grocery store and ask them if they have any henna remover like nail polish remover. Do search online for any liquid to get rid of it.
Also wait if any similar experiences from our members.
